The Paleo Diet
There are certain things about the Paleo diet that worry me. A huge aspect is the amount of acidic and putrefying meat the diet tells you to ingest. I used to be a huge advocate of the diet, as it’s fantastic for obtaining a great physique in the short term. What became difficult was maintaining my blood Ph. In order to stay healthy, you need to keep your cells healthy. Cells need 4 things to stay healthy: 1. Oxygen 2. Water 3. Nutrients 4. The ability to remove it’s waste If you’re ingesting so much acid in your diet, your blood Ph is going to drop below the wanted 7.36Ph. When it get too low, or too acidic, as most people are, the cells begin to lose their negative charge. When your Ph is 7.36, your blood cells easily caress each other and bounce off each other, moving freely and flowing effortlessly. This makes it easy for your blood to do its job and carry nutrients throughout your body to the cells. It also makes it easy for your lymphatic system to do its job and carry waste from your cells, out of the body. When your Ph is too low, your blood too acidic, and your negative charge fading, the cells in the blood no longer easily bounce off each other or flow effortlessly. They begin sticking together and clumping. Your blood becomes thicker, and moves more slowly. Less nutrients reach your cells. More waste stays in your cells.
