PROFESSIONAL, QUALITY INSTRUCTION
We are committed to our students and offer a positive experience with music and dance. Our instructors are dedicated to your children and offer high energy, educational classes. Specifically designed programs for different ages and levels along with a professional syllabi offers advancement in our school. We offer a progress report along with a recommendation report in March for the upcoming year. Dancers are always placed in suitable classes based on level and experience. This ensures that a brand new dancer with no experience is not placed with someone with years of training.We also keep our preschool classes small and often with two instructors so that the proper technique is more effectively demonstrated and learned by the student.
EXPERIENCE
April Fidler(nee Redl), Director of Image, has instructed in the Parkland area for 21 years. Having been a student at Muir Lake School, April was asked in 1990 to start teaching a dance program in the school. This began a lifelong journey of offering fun, quality instruction to the families in the Stony Plain area. April currently offers exams in the ADAPT Tap and Jazz syllabus and has extensive training and experience working with children and adolescents. Our ballet instructor, Alysha, has been a part of our school for many years and passes on her love of dance to our students. Both Miss April and Miss Alysha provide high energy, quality programs which enable the dancer to push themselves while having fun!
Shauna, our music teacher, has years of experience with children having been a former school teacher. Shauna offers a beautiful addition to our school with her Musikgarten program.

It is our policy that our students and parents receive the best in customer service. This means offering you a selection of times to work with your busy schedule. We offer morning, afternoon and evening classes with half and full year options. This also means offering a great experience for you and your child throughout the year. Our friendly staff and management will help to make your years at our school memorable.
BRAND NEW FACILITY
Our school recently opened in a brand new location and offers fresh paint, new flooring, air conditioning and a superior floating dance floor to reduce fatigue and injury when dancing.
Located conveniently by the Rotary Park and Tim Hortons, there is plenty of parking available with a cup of coffee and a nice walk close by. We offer an open door policy with French doors that lead into our studio. Blinds are left open throughout the year so parents are able to view their childrens' progress at all times.
NO HASSLE COSTUMES/ FESTIVALS
Costumes are ordere for all dancers to offer a more unified look. The cost ranges from $50 for preschoolers and $90 for senior dancers and is quite often supported by our fundraisers.
Dance students attend festivals (1-4 per year, depending on the age and level) but do not focus on this aspect of the dance world. We train for this event and our dancers always do very well, but our emphasis is more on the long term rewards of dance and having a great time at the recital. The cost per festival per dancer is usually around $30 dependant on the level of the class.
